If you like sea food reasonably priced this is a great place. Parking can be tight. It's in rear but huge parking garage close.

Wife had fish and chips. Huge huge portion. Two very large pieces cooked perfectly. Lots of fries again cooked perfectly.

I had crispy fish taco. And two was max I could have eaten.

Staff is very friendly and while it's appears to be a bit stark in appearance it's not. Will come back next time in area.

The last visit was disappointing enough to keep away. But then a colleague decided to have her team birthday lunch here.

I'm not one to be a pooper, so FINE.

And I was hoping they could make some kind of redemption.

I already knew which dishes to avoid. I also knew which to have, and that would be the clam chowder and the shrimp and lobster roll. (Because really... it's gonna have to take some kinda bizarre talent to mess up shrimp and lobster on a roll!)

Well... they sure had THAT particular talent in their kitchen.

What a waste of shrimp AND lobster. Like the last dishes I had here a few months ago, this one completely lacked flavor. If anything, the seafood was probably submerged in butter and... well. That's it. And the lobster pieces were unusually dry (this was a first for me) which tells me it may have been frozen-then-thawed for service. There was no hint of freshness coming off either crustacean. Again: what a waste of shrimp and lobster.

Clam chowder was still decent, but nothing out of the ordinary. We all shared a couple orders of broccoli and Brussel sprouts and that was the best thing we all had today.

(Yeah, a few of my colleagues weren't happy with their orders either. Their main complaint was pretty much the same as mine - lack of flavor.)

The food was shootin' out of the kitchen impressively fast, though. They were also pretty much full house by the time we left. They are popular, so I'll give 'em that. It simply isn't for me.

Sadly, no redemption here, kids. And like today, I'd only come back if I have to (since today was a work team thing.) Otherwise... HARD PASS.

Was driving down Rosecrans deciding what to eat, and stumbled upon Pier 76, and let me just say...
it was one of the best decisions!
Unfortunately I had missed their weekly "Happy Hour" promotion, but that was okay because I can come back at any time throughout the week and order from that Happy Hour menu...
I ordered the Salmon Signature Plate, with white rice and caesar salad.
My plate came with a BIG piece of Salmon, and it was very savory, and delicious. Staff was friendly and attentive.
If you're debating on trying this place, GO FOR IT!
i will definitely recommend this to my family and friends..
    will certainly be back!

Big fish stories aren't always the whole truth but I'll tell you something and this is true: the fish here is big, as are the portions and for about $30 for two, we had a decent meal.

The crispy fish taco was fresh and tasty; the pickled onion was a nice addition - it seemed to add zing to the taco.

The swordfish plate with rice and fresh grilled zucchini was good too. The swordfish was dry, but quite tasty so if you can tolerate the dryness, you'll be good with this dish.

The fish and chips were served nuclear hot. Crispy good with a good dousing of malted vinegar and a delightfully good dill tartar sauce that complemented both the crispy fish and the swordfish...do remember to get a couple sides of the dill tartar. The chips (French fries) were in my opinion on the soggy side. Lately if I have fries I try to remember to ask for "well done" but I forgot this time but judging from the thick type they serve here, I bet well done would have changed my mind. They didn't taste bad, they were just limp. Who likes limp fries? Not this girl. And if I think about it I don't care much for anything limp. Badum-ching!

Lemonade satisfied and the self service free refills are a plus. Open, clean aesthetic with cushy dining chairs, nice! Parking in this area is obnoxious, but we usually park in the structure - it's free and only a short 3 minute walk to/from the restaurants.

Just ok, nothing special. Something on the lighter healthier side. I had a combo with a grilled shrimp taco and a fried fish taco. The Brussel sprouts and broccoli entree tasted burned, the broccoli tasted like ashes, with that being said they were oddly tasty. Employees are friendly, place it clean, Will I come back, probably not.
